Limited Capacity seats available

This class is for all those who identify outside the lines - trans, queer, gender non-conforming and questioning folks.

Be who you want, be who you are. Show up as your full self and take up space. This is for you if you’ve never seen a yoga teacher look like you. If you experience dysphoria, dysmorphia or any sense of self-doubt. We will move our bodies and our spirits together as an act of resistance from these cistems that try to diminish us. Be with other like minded folks and counteract the struggles of gender dysphoria and possibly even access gender euphoria.

When engaging in the yoga practices we’re given a window into our soul. Allow yourself to open up to who you truly are and feel increased self-trust and self-love along the way.

Thus is for people who bind, who are recovering from top surgery and who are fat.

This class will be slower paced and gentler in nature. Very beginner friendly. Class will entail some mantras, light movement, meditation and deep relaxation all while building a sense of community.

Bring props if you have them and like them, otherwise we’ll use our surroundings to prop us up.

All folks across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum are welcome and allies as well, but no misgendering will be tolerated.
